SerVC is looking for an accountant with experience in a Big 4 firm and Venture Capital for the position of Junior Controller in the Venture Capital industry. We are looking for people who want to grow within the company with multiple promotion positions available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Fund Administration
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Communicate with audit firms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Completed an internship/ previous relevant job experience
- Big 4 experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English/Professional working proficiency
- Hard-working and eager to learn
- Experience in VC - Advantage
